I would like to apologize on behalf of Arthur, or England. However you may know him. If he bothered anyone during his drunken walk last night I am terribly sorry and will do my best to make sure he doesn't repeat this embarrassing incident.

That's because he can't get over something that happened almost two hundred years ago and was pretty much his fault anyway. Just ignore it, I'm not his brother.

I grew up and got too big and cool to not be my own country, and he was a jerk about it and kept acting like he had the right to boss me around and treat me like a little kid. So I got sick of it and left and started my own, way better country. And he's still not over it and is also totally jealous.
