053; In Which May Day Arrives Once Again
Happy May Day everyone. I had never thought about it before, but it us curious that I found myself in a town called Mayfield. Since May Day has such a significance in my life it is rather unsettling now that I have thought about it. I am quite certain it is all a coincidence of course. After all May Day does not have the same meaning in all of your lives I am quite sure. Perhaps you do not even celebrate May Day in your world. This will be my second May Day here in Mayfield.
I used to be quite terrified of the day, but now I think I rather miss it. I know we all do our best to keep happy and joyful, but it would be very difficult to match the merrymaking of May Day when we are still all trapped in a place like this.
However I believe that we should strive to keep our spirits up. That is still one of the most important things. I do hope that this Prom everyone was speaking about was able to bring some happiness and joy for everyone who went.
