Loreena Mckennit (please excuse the spelling) has some great romantic pieces that have a lovely celtic sound that would probably be very appropriate.

Can you tell me what kind of song you're thinking? If you know what the "theme" of your dance should be, I can probably suggest a few things. For example, are you going for any of the following more or less than others:

--Ours is a fairy-tale love story
--We are powerful equals of courage and commitment
--You stop the world with how you make me feel
--We're heading into this world together and it's going to be an adventure
--You saved me and I'm alive and me because of you

Stuff like that. One song that comes immediately to mind, though, is "Time of My Life" by Mark Schultz. It's...really a beautiful portrayal of love and great for a wedding. But, I've had plenty of experience helping others figure out what their song should be, so if that one doesn't appeal to you, if you can give me a bit of a message or framework to define things, I can give you a list.

First, Congrats!!

Second, I'm a big fan of Peter Gabriel's "In Your Eyes"...what kind of music do you guys like?

The hubby and I danced to Phil Collins "Groovy Kind of Love"...just cheesy and romantic enough...
