So, I've been blue lately, but I'm feeling much better because of some good things. It's late so I'll pass on the proper structure and just list them.
1. The ochem test that I bombed will probably be thrown out because some people were allowed to use graphing calculators. This brings my grade in ochem from a D to an empty set once again. Hooray for second chances.
2. Calcium imaging is very easy I've found out. There were no rats this week, but next week I'll have rats and maybe within a month, I'll be doing experiments.
3. I finally got my hands on a copy of The Good Book 2.0. That's right my favorite book in the whole wide world is out with a new edition, the 2003-2005 course catalog. *shiver of glee* I spent a good chunk of today reading it and checking out the changes. The new changes are wonderful I think and after perusing them I've once again resolved to double major in linguistics and neuroscience with a minor in math. I can do this and still graduate next year without going over 18 credit hours a semester, possibly taking an average of 15.5 credits a semester if I play my cards right. I'll talk to my advisors about this soon, because I'm a dork and I love planning out my academic schedule.
Three cheers for being really depressed then really happy suddenly, then really depressed again. If I was a smart type person-mathingy then I probably would maybe know a fancy word for such a thing as I just described.
oh, and another thing
I am a Space-invader.
I will happily recruit the help of friends to aid me in getting what I want. I have no tolerance for people getting in my way, and I am completely relentless until any threats or opposition are removed. I try to be down-to-earth, but something always seems to get in the way.
