VICTORY!
I FINALLY found the corner of Livejournal where all the Harry/Ginny fic writers were hanging out around 2009. And so far, there's been very few "deleted and purged" journals.
Mind you, there has been nothing really updated since 2012. That said, there is SO MUCH FIC, I love everyone in this bar. *rolls around in the fic in sheer delight*
