Tabs can stay open forever, right?
I just realized the reason Clint/Coulson fic seems to have stopped is that Clint has a family in the new Avengers movie but I haven't SEEN the new Avengers movie and frankly the internet's reactions has made me not super interested in seeing it and it's not like I'm very invested in Clint/Coulson as a couple, but I like both characters so it was nice to get lots of fic with lots of them.
But to be fair, it's not like having a heterosexual relationship has stopped fans before. I mean, I'm pleasantly surprised that much of Avengers fandom doesn't turn Pepper into an evil abusive harpy and/or throw her off a cliff just so Tony Stark can have sex with everyone else. Because that seems far more popular than poly relationships in many fandoms. In Avengers, it happens sometimes!

Meanwhile, I'm apparently super picky about who Steve is allowed to be shipped with, so I suppose all around it's a good thing I've mostly drifted by Marvel movie/Avengers fandom to get the Good Parts Version for years.
Also a good thing that I'm not really reading fic these days so much as opening a lot of tabs. A lot.
