Immortal Rain - I am a hard-core Rain fangirl. What would make me squeal incoherently is a sexy picture of him - pretty hair, pretty face, man chest, cross thingy... maybe even a teeny bit of blood... go as crazy with it as you want. Failing that, I love him and Machika together. They make me squee with their utter cuteness.
Saiyuki - My favorite character is Goku, and he is so deplorably overlooked in fanart, it would be lovely to see something of him. My Saiyuki OTP (my main BL OTP, period, actually) is Hakkai/Gojyo (yes with Hakkai on top, please), and anything with them would make me stupidly happy. Especially if it involved youkai!Hakkai and one or the other character against a wall.
Legend of Basara - this is kindof my pet love-it-for-the-reminiscences-series. It was the first manga I ever read, so it has a special place in my heart. I'd love a pretty/sexy Ageha, or Shuri/Sarasa, or Sarasa being kickass.
Escaflowne - I am a Van fangirl, almost as hardcore as I am a Rain fangirl. Bring on the wings and shirtlessness, please. XD
Samurai Deeper Kyo - I never expected to love this series as much as I do... no big preferences here... uuh, Kyo or Sasuke or Benitora being their badass selves? Or, heehee, Hotaru, because he is dorky and also just plain cool.
Robin McKinley - if this happens to be our common fandom, please just use this as an excuse to do whatever McKinley art you'd like - I'll love it no matter what. If you really want something to go on, though, I've been secretly pining for a picture of Corlath (remember that one scene in the book, Harry's first night in the tent as they're travelling toward the Hills, when they both have changed clothes, and he is described so yummily.... or the place -- close to that same scene, I think -- where she sees him standing on a dune or something, silhouetted against the sky.... forgive me for lack of concrete details; I don't have the book with me).
MeruPuri - sexy Aram, please! Or Aram and Airi, being sexy together. I've never seen fanart of this series, so if you choose this one, just have fun with it. ^^
Tenshi Ja nai - also something I've never seen fanart of. Not top of my list, but if you pick this, Izumi would be lovely. Masculine!Izumi, I should say, though with long hair like in most of the series, not cut like at the end. *so not happy about that*
Tolkien - Silamarillion, not LotR, please. Also, please don't imitate the art/aesthetic of the films. That really kinda turns me off, because I'm a pre-movie fan. Apart from that, uhm, Finrod Felagund is my favorite character, and I also love the Valar. Or, if you wanted to do something for Smith of Wooton Major, or Leaf by Niggle, I think I would love you forever.
HunterxHunter - err, not really much preference here, I guess, though I love Gon (who doesn't?), and Kurapica (who, given the right style, could be rather sexy, I think), and Hisoka (with the red hair, please).
Rurouni Kenshin - I tend to be a main-character-loving girl, so, Kenshin. If you can manage him with hair down and looking both badass and pretty, so much the better. XD I prefer the main series as far as story goes, but I will admit that the OVAs were very pretty art-wise.

If I had to rate these by preference of what I'd like to get, I'd say:
Top - Immortal Rain, Robin McKinley, Saiyuki
Middle - Legend of Basara, Escaflowne, Samurai Deeper Kyo, Rurouni Kenshin
Bottom - MeruPuri, Tenshi Ja Nai, Tolkien, HunterxHunter
Style/subject matter-wise, I prefer sexy and pretty to cute and chibi. I really don't care much for chibi stuff at all. I think I also put that the highest rating I would like is R. If you don't do R, that's fine, don't feel pressured at all! And if you do, my only real qualm is that I'm not big on full nudity, either male of female. Male shirtlessness is totally good, though. XD Do what makes you happy as an artist! This is about artists creating art they're happy with and proud of just as much as it is about making giftees squeal.
