Most of the day was really boring. I woke up at 1:00 pm and pretty much sat around and listened to music, read, and watched tv until our volleyball game at 9:30pm. I think I need a vacation, or a job, anything that will keep me busy for at least part of the day. Anyways, the afternoon went by slowly, I mean they always do when you are bored. It's the times when you are having the most fun that go by quickly. Game time arrived and I had my game face on, as did the rest of my teammates. This was one of the best games that we've had this year and we were actually up against some stiff competition. I was very proud of the fact that we were able to win all three sets. So we won our free pitcher of beer but none of us were really up for going to the bar so everyone just went home. Go figure, you have a boring day and you're hoping you can go out at night and have some fun and that doesn't happen either. So I'm back home and decide to watch this movie on TV called Murder by Numbers. The cast included Sandra Bullock and Ryan Gosling (Zach Morris in Saved by the Bell). It was actually a very good movie that had to do with a crime scene investigation. I thought about my best friend as I was watching this movie, since this is the career that she wants to pursue. I realized how hard it is to be a crime scene investigator. I mean, I already knew how difficult it is to actually study forensics and take all of those classes required in order to pursue this career because I've seen all of the hard work and countless hours that my best friend has put into her major. But, once you become a crime scene investigator there are so many details that you have to pay attention to when dealing with a case in order to unravel the mystery of what actually happened. It's actually a very interesting career. So to my best friend I'd like to say: hang in there hun, all of your hard work will pay off and there is no doubt in my mind that you will become one of the best CSI's this world has to offer. I am behind you 100% and I hope that when everything is said and done, and you are making all that money, you don't forget about me! Anyways, this is pretty much all I have for today. Until next time.
