oh yeah, I have a social life!
despite STILL not having my donation schedule/extraction date, I have been in a fantastic mood lately!
Thursday Alissa came over. I made dal and cookies and we perused a book on the Tran-Siberian railroad at the Coop.
Friday I walked to the Children's Museum from work (45 minutes) then frolicked for ~2 hrs. afterward I went to the loft to chill for a bit & eat Thai food. Yulia voiced her thoughts on my travel options: South America
Saturday I made salsa, coached, then went to Emrah & Hooman's for a dinner of mezze which was suuuuuper yummy. and of course being the crazies that we are Sus, Michelle (her sister), Em, his friend Alpert & I walked to Davis for JP Licks before the party started.
which, by the way, was SO so SO much fun! I danced my ass off with some of my best friends for hours. what more could a girl ask for? plus my salsa was devoured, the best compliment a chef can receive.
Sunday I coached then helped Kira with her skating for 2 hours. I was still so cold when I got home that I didn't take off my jacket or scarf, just wrapped a blanket around myself and watched Wonder Boys. then dove into HP5 and went to sleep at 10. woot.
today is sucking at work but afterward I'm meeting Greg & Poe at Rattlesnake for Nacho Average Monday. alls I know is that is includes lobstah. why you em.
