finally
i know that i haven't posted in quite some time; deal with it. Haven't found the will to undertake this task. Well as you know (or should if you have been reading my journal at all) I went to the Alabama gulf coast and New Orleans. Had a great deal of fun. I played in the Gulf with wild dolphins. I also seemes to have gotten into trouble at work because my supervisor failed to listen to me when i told him i was leaving. He told me to post a note on the door (which i did) but failed to notice it. Anyway several assignment were missed and the Sunday paper was in all liklyhood ruined. Oh well fuck it. I got to meet with the Editor in cheif yesterday and nothing happened. He said make sure that it doesn't happen again. Next time Johnson will listen to me. I worked for him today. I really didn't do shit.
The latest headlines have had me thinking about the Catholic church. I've deciided that it's time for a major overhaul. Some of the church's policies (probably more than i know, so let me hear about it you catholics) are so archaic that it cripples the church. I say that there is no reason why Catholics shold be allowed to use birth-control, and that priests should be allowed to marry. Why the fuck not? I understand the whole sacrifice bit, but is it really worth it when priests rape altar-boys? I really don't feel like ranting about the catholic church, so that's it.
