Reason two why I don't like Sotomayor
She sides with police corruption
It seems she defaults to the opinion that "cops never lie", now I don't think cops always lie, but I think if a jury who heard the entire case sides with the victim, then two of the three judge panel side with him, possibly she is the only one NOT seeing the forest for the trees. It's unfortunate that the two other judges changed their opinion and continued the abuse this gentleman had received for attempting to do the right thing.
It's like a knock and announce case where the cops claim they knocked and announced they are entering a premises, I tend to believe that they did announce themselves because I think it is safer for them. In this case I tend to believe the individual stated that "it's an emergency" because, honestly why wouldn't he?
Unfortunately the only thing the GOP seems to be focusing on is her affiliation with La Raza and other bullshit...the fact is that if they examined her voting record for just one second they might actually push through her nomination as the final nail in the coffin on an already Conservative court.
