- My shins and ankles are sore, but not quite as bad as they were a few weeks ago.
- My left hip, on the other hand, just now quit cramping like a motherfather. OWOWOW OW.
- The commercials are right: Mother Nature is a wheedling, passive-aggressive little bitch that strives to make one week out of your month absolutely messier than it has to be and then expects you to be grateful. Eff you, Mother Nature, and your twin sister Aunt Flo.
- I ran for two minutes, but it was against the wind, so it counts for three. These are my rules.
- I like the look of fall more than any other season. I wished for my camera at least once.
- I think the people on my usual route missed me. The dogs, too.
