For some reason or another I woke up starving this morning.

A cup of yogurt with fresh strawberries and two eggs with a bit of cheese later, I'm thinking my body likes this thing called 'breakfast'.

Big breakfasts are good. Especially considering it's Saturday and we order in lunch at work on Saturdays and it's usually something kind of filling and heavy (like pizza).

I got laundry done yesterday (including the bedsheets, so I had to make the bed, which is a physical challenge onto itself) and called it a workout. I'm thinking tonight I'm going to do some exercises that will make me bitch and moan tomorrow. Because it's been a while since I kicked my own butt, that's why. And I'll do yoga tomorrow to stretch out what hurts and all will be good.

Okay, that's all. Just wanted to document my game plan for the weekend and perhaps take note of my eating habits.
