Somebody threw a chunk of concrete through one of the store windows last night.
Nobody was hurt (although an Ibanez guitar took a direct hit and has a broken neck), the mess is minimal, and the glass will be replaced before the weekend is over, but still...
What the phuq possesses a person to do that? (They got the video store down the street, too.) Boredom? Repressed anger? A decision to make a statement against consumerism? (And in that case, why'd they drive a car to do their damage?)
