In which Elbie earns her weekend... again.
I worked over nine hours today.
On the one hand, it'll look good on the next paycheck.
On the other hand, ow... ow... ow...
It's like being able to run triathalons, going off and doing something else for a while, then doing another triathalon without much training before.

I owe a little girl at work a wedding.
I told her about my plans for the weekend, which includes Cousin Kyle's wedding, and she wanted to come. I told her she wasn't invited. She took it rather personally.
So I (and another teacher) promised her that if/when we get married, she will be invited.
I didn't have the heart to tell her my wedding would be a easy-peasy jobber at City Hall. Maybe we can throw a party afterwards and invite her.

Really? Is it Friday? It feels like I've lost a day or two during the week and it's really Wednesday or something.
Sleeping in will feel so good tomorrow. To let the sun rise before I do will be invigorating.
Nobody caught Harry on Rachael Ray today, did they? I didn't get the recorder set after all. Woe.
