Now. If California beats Oregon, they'll probably be #1 in the BCS poll. Even though I'm hoping my upstart team, South Florida, ranks up there, and that would be facilitated by a Cal loss, there's still no way I'm rooting for the Ducks. Sorry.
And didya know that Kansas - known affectionately 'round here as the ChickenHawks - is undefeated? This college football season is just now starting to totally blow my mind.
Now, if OU can keep it up and not choke up the second half of their game, I'll be a happy football fan today.

I have bronchitis. Yay.
I'm now on a regiment of antibiotics, kick-yer-ass cough syrup, and oral steroids. The steroids did wonders to stop the wheezing, which in turn cut down the one-minute coughing jags, but - and here's some rare TMI on my blog - my boobs are a little tender now. Hrm. Wonder if I'll have any other interesting side effects. (I already have facial hair, thanks to my Eastern European ancestors. *mutters the few dirty Czech words she knows*)
Say, maybe I can catch up on sleep tonight and be ready to clean house tomorrow. Or maybe I can milk my diagnosis for one more day and bum around again.
