Incase some don't want to listen to it yet

01. A Storm is Coming: A nice bouncy start to the song, sounds like it would fit with Merry and Pippin, then changes to solo violin.

02. Hope and Memory: Wow, a very pretty version of the Fellowship theme, very different from the original except for horns, though they do change some notes. Very nice; I love it. Though I'm wondering where this will be in the movie, hard to tell.

03. Minas Tirith: This is the song that was in the second half of the trailer, though I can't tell if it will have the same ending (which I particularly loved), most likely not, but I'm happy to see it in here.

04. The White Tree: Very strong beats, at the beginning sounding like it could reference to an orc scene, but quickly changes to a new version of the 'Minas Tirith' theme right before this one. Very uplifting and hopeful, I think.

05. The Stewart of Gondor: Very appropriate if this has anything to do with Boromir. The Melody is one of those indian flutes (don't know what they're called, sorry), and wounds fairly sad. Perhaps Faramir is reminiscing?

06. Minas Morgul: Very eerie and commanding, a new version of Isengard's theme, then changes into a creepy violin melody, many flat notes. *shudders*

07. The Ride of Rohirrim: The Rohan theme used with horns, mixed with a little bit of the Gondor theme as well.. hmm.. can't say much more.

08. Twilight and Shadow: Sounds very similar to the music playing when Merry and Pippin when they meet Treebeard. I wish I could just play songs from my TTT soundtrack and figure out the names, but I'm too lazy. :)

09. Cirith Ungol: Pretty sad, starting out with 'In Dreams' that we hear in FOTR, and even has some Rohan theme in it afterwards. Very mellow, I can't even imagine what's happening in the movie now...

10. Andruil: More Rohan theme, and then some Lothlorien singing from the elves, sounds very nice.

11. Shelob's Lair: Ahhh! Very creepy and tense. This made me wary just listening to it. Very fast, stringly violin notes, and it fits just perfect to what I would think a spider moves like--swift and smooth, eek! Can't wait to see this scene.

12. Ash and Smoke: Wow, I really love this one. A lot of despair, I'd say. There's very beautiful and eerie voices singing. It literally gave me shivers down my spine. Wow.

13. The Fields of Pelenor: It starts out with shouting in the choir, all female voices, I think, and then goes to music from Helm's Deep, with a lot of 'Camelot style' music. Many trumpets.

14. Hope Fails: Creepy at the beginning, definitely pretains to Frodo and Sam, and goes to some very light, sad music. Very, very nice.

15. The Black Gate Opens: Just the opposite of 'The Black Gate Closes' in TTT. Not harsh sounding at all, very smooth, and even has the hobbiton theme at the beginning!

16. The End of all Things: *frowns* Sad. A strange female voice singing, very sad, and jumps into a very 'evil' theme, one we usually hear when the opposing forces are shown. Mount Doom collapsing, I'm guessing.

17. The Return of the King: Lots of themes put together in this one, the Fellowship, Rohan, and Hobbiton theme at the end. The hobbiton theme seems fairly broken and slow, the flute almost conveys sadness and hope at the same time, I think.

18. The Grey Havens: Sounds very positive at the beginning, but changes into the 'In Dreams' song, revised, and very, very sad. I swear my eyes watered while listening. Gah. Perfect, perfect score for The Grey Havens.

19. Into The West: Ugh. I don't see this song fitting at ALL! Sung by Annie Lennox, and way too western, despite the fact that Frodo is going into the west. This is Lord of the Rings, not some cheap ending to a romance western movie! It is nothing like any of the music played in the previous movies. I just... ugh.

Here's the verses, perhaps you can imagine a voice that overpowers the music and has guitar in the backround. I can't understand everything she says, so I put --- in place of the words:

What can you see,
Over horizon?
Why do the wides(waves?) go ___?

Across the Sea
Up ___ rises
The ships have come to carry you home

*sighs* The ROTK soundtrack clips are really awesome, but that last song!! I don't see it fitting into the credits at all. Just, ugh.
