I remember back in the day when I was trying to collect songs for an all Sunday mix CD (you know, songs that all had Sunday in the title)--I wonder why I never finished that. Hmmm. Anyway, in honor of the spirit of the CD, I am listening to Everyday Is Like Sunday right now, and while it's a bit hot for tea, greased or no, I finally have lemon tarts.
You know they are super lemony because I put in a giant pile of zest.
But don't be fooled--the top photo was shot from an angle such that you couldn't see how homely they actually look! Next time, I will not be a lazy jerk and will blind-bake the shells first.
Oh well! They are still tasty...and teeny. See?
And this has been another edition of Sunday Experimenting. I am too lazy to take a photo of it, but I converted some of my baby eggplants and tomatoes from the greenmarket yesterday into ratatouille, which brings an end to my cooking today.
