(no subject)
My orange tabby is sitting in front of the monitor. He makes it hard to type around. Purrcy continues to make himself at home and is the new The One Cat who will stay around when other people come over. Skittish and orange tabby are zoom! To hide under the bed. Purrcy's not quite 'Pet Me' like Love Cat was, but he's close.
I saw The Eternals and Ghostbusters: Afterlife recently, both of which I thought interesting but flawed. I don't particularly rec either of them, though if you do go, there are scenes at the end of credits.
I finished painting all the rooms that use flat paint, thinking of doing the kitchen and bathrooms next year. After an adulthood of white walls, I now have violet, blue, green, and yellow. I still haven't hung up all my pictures, that seems to be taking me a long time. But it was good to move things around and do some sorting/purging.
I hosted Thanksgiving, which I enjoyed very much. Just 7 of us, and then some returned for leftovers. I took a walk after everyone left. Several people already had Christmas decorations up, no wasting time I guess.

I did polish up that ficlet I posted on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and posted it to AO3 though it still seems like it should be the start to a longer fic. I put a note that maybe it will be.
