Life, as I know it for now....
Well, it seems Oxie (doggie) is semi-officially staying. I am banned from the shelter due to dogfights, BUT in my defense i was not told to look out for whatever,with said dogs, that and its not like it was deliberate. BUT all other shelters i have known if the dog is a danger to the staff, or is of a SEVERE temperment, they aren't allowed because of the real threat. I can say this the owner was more concerned for the DOGS welfare and not her staff. I did my best to break up the fight but only an IDIOT would try to seperate two 60-80 pound dogs, who were a pit and a chow at that. I did the best I could but if i were to of got inbetween them i would of been mauled, just not bit, and I;m sorry I have SOME limits/standards. In other news I finally got disability, so we are not fretting so extremely on the finances. So yes all is well, no more, no lessOverall I'm Content!
