I think I'm managing to kill my Trader Joe's basil plant. It's on my windowsill, but the kitchen window is under the fire escape, so I'm not sure it's getting enough sun. The bottom leaves the label said to leave on are getting a bit black and I even had to cut one wilted stalk off. The rest is a bit... shriveled. I think I'm watering it enough and the label said that it's supposed to be hardy, but I think my thumb may be brown.
I haven't been down to the patio in a while, but I can safely assume that clovers have taken over, all the fuchsias (or were they freesias?) are dead and the mint has resumed its invasion.
