Where I'm going and final (?) to-do list @_@

Jun 04, 2011 23:33

For those of you who don't know, I'm off to the field for the summer starting tomorrow. I'll be home on weekends, but I will probably have a lot of shit ti take care of @_@ I do have some social things planned, at least! But also a lot of work. I really need to get on finding a place to stay - i have a few placed lined up that I'm interested in, and need to contact the rental places about them still. I'm hoping I can move in to the apartment that are basically right next door, and $100/mo less in rent :p

The site I am going to is the Debra L. Friedkin site (formerly Buttermilk Creek) which is the site near Salado Texas where I have been in both 2008 and 2009. In preparation for this field season, I have been taking arthritis drugs (glucosamine sulphate)since last week, hooray! The excavation basically runs through the end of July.

Anyway, I leave tomorrow....sometime after lunch.... to get myself set up and help with setting up the rest of it. I will be going to bed shortly to enjoy my last sleep in a real bed for the week :p
