FIC: Cuts You Up
Breaking radio silence to bring you evidence of one of my more obsessive manic behaviors:
reading old WIPs.
This one comes straight to you from 2007 - started right smack dab in the middle of Supernatural Season Two. There's angst. There's Dean with angst. There's Dean with kids, which somehow manages to also include angst. And I had a little bit of not-inconsiderable angst when I typed the words "This is me abandoning a WIP."
Figured some folks might be interested in it, despite my abuse of lemons as a literary device.

A/N: So I came up with this idea back in the middle of Season Two for a story to write after I finished By Gaslight and Beneath the Hollow. Given that I'm still working on them, there's no way in hell I'm ever going to really get started on this. So, yeah. This is me abandoning a WIP. It's really a collection of snippets I wrote for a present-day section of the overall story I had originally envisioned, trying to get a handle on Dean and the primary OFC.
Beta(s): I haven't even edited this one, except for putting in .html. It's straight from my brain scrawled onto metaphorical paper - which probably explains the cringe-worthy scene involving lemons. I'm sure someone would have called me on that.
Summary: Black River Falls hadn't changed in fourteen years.
