i just wanna burn shit down
i had to rent a van the weekend before last to move my ginormous couch. fucking uhaul put an $80 hold on my card and left the hold there even though the bill was only $45. fast forward to the following tuesday and i see my account is overdrawn by $16 and the bank is charging me $70 in overdraft fees.
so i call the bank, the guy reverses the fees but can't do anything about the hold. so i put $40 in the bank. i check my account wednesday and even though the fees from tuesday had been reversed, i put the money in the bank and the hold from uhaul dropped off, they tried to charge me another $70 in fees. i couldn't get in touch with the guy at the bank until last friday, but he reversed the charges again.
i check my account today and they charged me a $70 recovery fee earlier this week. WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS RECOVERY FEE AND WHY DID THEY TAKE IT FROM MY ACCOUNT!
i'm calling the bank tomorrow, getting my money back and finding a new bank. fuck this shit.
