i, most unfortunately, am stuck in the 'anyone is better' mode at this moment

i have my own tinfoil thoughts on who will win the republican nomination and, if, gods forbid, i am right and they steal another election, we are screwn

i am not all that crazy about the big two on the dem side but (allow me a moment of hope here) neither of them can be as repugnant...right?

Neither of them will. McCain already has it in the bag, as in, it's already been arranged. The whole dog and pony show is just a distraction.

And I do give her that much credit. Mark my words, she will be the destruction of the Democratic party.

and as far as clinton being the destruction of the democratic party...i already have little hope for it as it is, regardless of her

So why resign yourself? You know, there was a time not too long ago when in the face of tyranny men (and women) would take up arms and fight. A time when people knew that there was more to life than merely surviving. A time when people aspired to something greater.

Those people felt so strongly about it that when they wrote the Bill of Rights the made it the Second Amendment.
