Good and bad.
Last week work was six different kinds of shit. Too busy and friends who were feeling bad all added up to 5 days I could have done very well without.
Then the weekend arrived, and everything shifted. The weather was fantastic. I went to Hytta with Mamma and K. We had a really good time, enjoying ourselves even when we were working outside.
Last night I booked two nights at a hotel I've never stayed at before. Don't know if I can summon the courage to go swimming or anything, but it looks like a beautiful place and I'm looking forward to it. And now, with November closing in, I feel like I need just that.
Oh, and The Half-Blood Prince? Made me remember why I love Harry Potter.
