in which academics officially take the backseat to extracirriculars
nothing like spending all of spring break working 14-hour days to get you in the mood for school...right?
did i mention that the working was done on the set of a zombie movie?
it was still exhausting, but at least it wasn't the library. now i'm ridiculously close to pulling an all-nighter, and it's not even for my classes! i'm writing this scholarship proposal to try & convince the movers & shakers of reed creativity to give me $1750 to spend a month in germany researching fairy tales this summer. i would, you know, write a play about it at the end...but how hot would that be? i think it's too cool to get funded...i mean, seriously...getting money to see the castle that inspired the brothers grimm to write sleeping beauty? the woods that housed little red riding hood? and then write a play about it? it would be like getting paid to go to disneyland, only much cooler because disneyland kind of sucks.
not like any of this will even be an issue if i don't write my proposal. so, i'd, um, better get on that...
