I hate this, I hate this, I hate this. I'm going to kill her!!!!! I don't even know where to start! I'm just so pissed and stressed and sick and tired and just so pissed that i'm getting exhausted! I'm sitting here crying because i'm tired and sick and I just want to kill my supervisor! Here, lemme just post the convos. (little background. I did swimming lessons, I work July 2nd which the company payed me time and a half for the 4 hrs of guarding I did that morning. I then went and did 2hrs of teaching for the same fucking company that night. It was my understanding before I agreed to do the lessons that it wasn't a holiday that the sunday was the holiday (which it was) and that the lessons would have run 2 extra weeks because of dumb ass holidays.) anyhow, the convo.

then I sent Deb an e-mail as she's incharge of payroll (she's ignoring me because of the WSIB issue. They even mailed me my cheque when I normally pick them up. They don't want me anywhere near the office.) This is the response I got to the e-mail I sent. And Deb didn't respond. Heather did. (WTF)

The teaching pay check that i'm supposed to be getting is for $***.**. The last class I did on July 2nd was stat pay as well as I was the only one there so I had to stay an extra 15min to wait for the adults to leave so I was there 2hrs not 1.75hrs.

I discussed the matter with Deborah.
According to the swim lesson contract, your contact session was from April 23 - June 25/07. One extra class was required because, being the blonde that I am, the swim lessons fell on a holiday Monday (May long weekend). We usually do not conduct lessons on holidays, as people go away for the weekend and we receive a poor turnout.
Due to the fact that Fashion Roseway was open towards the end of the swim lessons, you wanted to teach on the holiday Monday to get the lessons out of the way.
I do not believe that Ray will pay time and a half, as you voluntarily wanted to teach lessons on this day.
If you would like me to approach Ray to see if he will pay you the extra $**.**, please let me know.

And the extra money part she put in at the end....wasn't even the right figure. WTF people! This is too much bullshit.
Anyhow. I called the labour board about it before I sent the e-mail and msn message. That's how I found out the camp and organization thing. The lady on the phone said I was entitled to it. It's all messed up. No one said that Monday was stat pay. The holiday was Sunday July 1st. If I knew that the holiday was Monday July 2nd and that was when we got stat pay, I would have held off on the lessons another week. Because I would have worked the pool 8hrs instead of 4hrs and that's more money than the lessons with time and a half. Last year when I worked for them, Canada Day was on a Saturday. I got stat pay for the Saturday. When I worked at Wonderland Canada Day was a Saturday, I got the stat pay for the Saturday. Am I out of line on this? Am I going nuts?
