but it's not too late!
Yesterday coming back from Toronto we had car problems. The car was having trouble switching gears. It was just before Belleville that we noticed something was wrong. We pulled over to have lunch and then started back on the road again. After a few minutes on the highway we noticed we couldn't go higher than 100KM. As we went on we got slower and slower. Just before Ganocque we were down to 40KM and driving on the shoulder. We were now communicating with my dad trying to find a safer route. We got off the highway at Ganocque and took the old road. It seemed like it took forever to get to Brockville but after about 45mins we made it. We made a pit stop and had trouble pulling out of the parking lot but we made it. Everytime we went up a hill we our speed went down. Soon we were down to 30KM, then 20KM and then we stopped completely in front of a guy's house, who helped us out. I had to get out of the car and help push the car into his driveway. We called for a tow truck which came in about a half hour. My dad took my car to cornwall to meet us there. The tow truck came and both Tony and my dad called my cell at the same time. My dad was already in cornwall. getting the car on the towtruck was interesting cause once again I had to help push the car. we got to cornwall and My dad fought to have the car towed back to Montreal. He won of course and we got back to Montreal at 8:30pm, after leaving toronto at 11am.
It's good to be home.
