Lyric Game
Something a little different from me. Me and one of my friends have put together a music (usually lyric) trivia game. That’s fine, but we don’t have many people around to play the game with, so I’ll post it here. Each round will have different rules, and everyone is free to play. Just submit your answers in the form of a comment. They will be screened, so everyone can do it. I invite everyone who reads this to play, and me and my friend may provide a gift for the top scorers. Having said this intro, there’s the start;
Okay, the first round is a simple lyric challenge. I will give a lyric, and your job is to name the song and artist. As a bonus, at the beginning of each lyric I will tell you which letter of the alphabet the title of the song starts with. You get 2 points per title, and 2 points per artist. There are 26 letters in the alphabet, with no song for Q or X, but one for a number, so there are 100 points possible. Also, after you get the ones you know, please include a genre preference for the next set of questions (or examples of artists you think I can’t stump you with). Good luck.
