OOC notes for Elaine. For reference.

Elaine Belloc in a nutshell:

Meet Elaine. She was just a typical, but bright, 12-year old girl from the suburbs of London who can see spirits and can contact her 3 dead grandmothers occasionally.

She encounters Lucifer because her best friend, Mona Doyle is killed and in her frustration calls upon Lucifer to help her extract revenge. Lucifer helps her because a pack of tarot cards, the Basanos, tell him to, that she'll be important in his plans. Eventually it is found out that Elaine is the result of an experiment that involved the stealing of human babies and incubating them in the body of a captured Archangel Michael by the angel Sandalphon. With Sandalphon intending to use Elaine as the source of an army of angels to storm heaven. Lucifer thwarts this plan and saves both Elaine and Michael, leading Elaine to trust Lucifer more.

Eventually, Lucifer creates his own universe, but gets killed. Elaine goes to his rescue and, subtly manipulated by Meleos, exchanges her life for Lucifer's.

As one who never wanted to have a debt, Lucifer organizes an expedition to retrieve Elaine's soul from the Mansions of Silence. He sets her (and Mona's soul) free into his universe and makes them tutelary spirits (or overseers) of his creation.

Eventually, God leaves his post, leaving the throne empty. Several events lead up to the Archangel Michael's death, which lead him into passing his demiurgic powers to Elaine. With Lucifer's help, Elaine is able to temper the powers within her (and created a third creation aside Yahweh's and Lucifer's).

With her demiurgic status now assured, Elaine steps up to claim her birthright as the new Creator, which the Yahweh gives her. But since both the old Yahweh's and Lucifer's universes are on the point of collapse, she expands her own creation wide enough so that the first two creations can "drop inside her own", thus integrating everything into one whole universe.

With her as the new Creator.

That's her backstory. Bottomline? She's a smart kid, really. And she's new to the whole God/Creator business, so she'll have a lot of things still to learn. She'll be looking around 15-16 now.
