What is Your Mission?

I've been staring at my January 1st question for some days now, going, "I really want to do this whole question-a-day thing, but THAT FIRST QUESTION IS TOO SCARY, RUN AWAY!"

So I decided to look at it in little steps, because I think right now I'm so swamped in little steps that the idea of a great-big-large mission obviously paralyzes me.

Yay for pushing through and answering anyway! I find these questions of the day--and posting my "everyday"-type posts--push me to be succinct and less worried about pulling all the pieces together before I post.

I find searching for an apartment under any conditions overwhelming. I am in awe of Americans who manage to go through the process in countries where they are not so familiar with the language or apartment customs. But you've done it before, right? Sometimes it helps me to remember all the things the Lord has pulled me through before.

I agree that sometimes all you need to worry about is the "next thing." As Jesus has said, "Tomorrow will take care of itself."
