So far, I have high hopes for 560 and 522, and 570 might only be normal hell as opposed to special hell (see: people who talk at the theater). My opinion will probably be quite different once I have lots of due dates, but I am not yet buried under work so I'm still okay. My portfolio, the grand representation of all my effort, which will be used to judge whether I get to graduate, is giving me anxiety fits. My advisor has been helpful, though (she describes herself as "hands-off" for everything else, but she is really into portfolio) - suggesting broader ideas for leadership experiences than I was considering.

Mondays are going to be impossibly long days for me: the school, CD class, and catechism. Tonight Fr. J attempted to walk us through the highly abstract theology of the trinity, both the Orthodox understanding and some other models. Logic problems on a very profound scale. Saint Nicholas apparently punched someone in the nose at one of the ecumenical councils over this stuff, or so Theophan tells me.

Finally, I joined the modern age today by getting an ipod. It is one of the second gens that just became yesterdays news, but an still an ipod. The bookstore was selling the ones they had left over after getting the new version in, for quite cheap. This is all part of my brilliant plan to motivate myself to take the bus and walk more. Hopefully a good use of my recreation money.
