1.Take better care of myself
- Stop slouching
- Drink your vitamins (Vitamin C + 3 Folic Acid 800 microgram pills) EVERYDAY. Help your bb blood cells grow.
- Stop being so close to your laptop you can smooch it A.K.A. BE KINDER TO THINE EYES.
- Brush your teeth GENTLY. Self, it HURTS eating ice cream and YOU know it.
- Seriously avoid Beef or anything that is in the iron-rich list. My Ferritin test (measuring the amount of iron in the blood) states that my iron from 281.75 (year 2007) to 318.95 (2008) is now 426. Normal range is 6.9-282.5. Iron overload is fricking scary.
2. Acknowledge that I am not ready to do the 50 books or 15,000 pages reading shwing (actually, I didn't get to complete ANY of the reading challenges) so set Realistic Reading Goals instead.
- The goal I set myself on reading three books before the year ends (as can be seen in my December 8 entry) WORKED. I think I can start with something like that.
3. Put a rein on my temper.
Now, because the standard year-ender meme is EPIC,
