(no subject)
Another three hours of the O.C this morning....mmm. It does the body good. Well...maybe not so much. More does the mind and soul good. I heart Adam Brody muchly. His sense of comedic timing is perfectemundo and his line deliverance is even better. I mean, the rest of the cast is good too, but the main reason I got into the show was cause Adam Brody was my favorite part of Gilmore Girls when he was on, and on the O.C he has a lead and an even bigger chance to shine.
Work from 5 to 10 today. Not an overly long amount of time, but still, don't feel like going in. Same schedule tomorrow and Thursday also, cept then it's 5:30 to 10. Blah. I really need a new job. Hate my job so much. Going to get an application for Suncoast Movies. I mean, come on. I've wanted it for as long as I can remember. I need a job somehow relating to movies. I'm like Sam from Benny and Joon with the movie trivia knowledge. Usually totally useless, but I would rule all in a job pertaining to movies. And anyone who doubts me, be ready and willing to throw down at a game of Scene It.
Not much to say. I have no life. classes start in about two weeks and I have all theatre courses but one, which is a business course. Well, techincally one of my classes is an English class, but it's playwrighting, so I don't think that really counts. So it should be a fun session. as fun as school can be, anyway.
still haven't heard back about Matt's play. I mean, I know he said he probably wouldn't call till after winter break, but it's getting me really nervous. I need a lead role, I really do. If I ever want to really break into the plays here at school, I need a lead role that'll let me shine and get me some attention. Then other directors besides Matt and Jillian will notice me and then I'll get cast more. I hope so, I really really hope so.
I need some acting in general. If I don't get in Matt's show I don't know what I'll do. I mean, Duana and I have a few movie projects coming up, but they're all just kinda for silly fun. I mean, I'd love to get all into them and make them as cool as possible, but it's not just my movie, it's half Duana's. so it's half up to her. it's a long story and I won't get into it here, but we're kinda doing a study in Tarantino-ism, trying to do a sort of tribute film or two in our own little twisted way. cause we're both devotees to the Tarantino storyline method after seeing Reservoir Dogs. Anyway, long story. Neither of us know too much about filming or how to do cool things and do music and stuff in a non-ghetto way, so we'll see how crazy we can get with it. Couple other movies to make after that. We're kinda talking about getting a website to post all these movies, moreso recently due to our lovely idol Mata and seeing Anne's music video online. Never thought much about having a site until we saw that, and now it's something we'd really like to do. get a following of sorts. it'd be great if that could happen.
anyway, going to go. not much else to update. off to do something worthwhile...or maybe just to waste some more time.
