No one appears to be doing much work in the office today except the offshore guys. I had to come in to at least pass off the on-call phone since my duty ended this morning. It's also a bit of a waste to take today off since they'll probably let us go around 2pm anyway so everybody is just wasting time until then. This gives me the weekend to do my xmas shopping. Just need to grab something for the old lady and maybe something else for the boy. I think the majority of his giftage will be some stereo gear for his truck.
I have found it neccessary to tighten the belt up another notch. The plan of not eating seems to be working very well. I'm still plenty fat, but like the direction my weight is headed in.
