I attended my cousins wedding yesterday. It was at the home/estate of a friend of my Uncle way out in the mountains of the eastern part of the county. Nice ceremony. They kept it short and simple. It was nice to see the family members I haven't seen in a few years. I need to stay in touch with them more. I miss the family get togethers we used to have when I was a teenager. Once everyone got married and had kids, schedules never worked out and it seems like we have all dropped off each others radar. It's kind of sad in a way. No more weddings or funerals expected soon to get everyone together again. Perhaps I should make it happen.
