Have the young adults in my generation lost the ability to be selective?
We're presented with so much information, that we just can't choose anymore.
Soon it's going to be labeled a disorder (if it isn't already)
When we can download as much free music we want, just to have it on our hard disks, do we pick out the best and only listen to the cream of our playlists? Not in my house.
When we're presented with a mountain of data and corellations, well when I am, I can't find the story anywhere. I want to include everything.
We subscribe to all the RSS feeds we can manage, and then don't read any, because there's just too much. It's all just too much.
I feel like going somewhere a long way away from the internet and becoming a carpenter.
