The Department of Investigative Affairs is now hiring.

I am reforming this organization independent of Shinra or any other faction in Purgatorium. Our purpose is to collect, hoard, and broker information according to general interest as well as contracts submitted by private citizens or organizations.

With regards to abilities, I exercise a reasonable control over the element of wind, including but not limited to the simultaneous wielding of six lances alongside other tricks that I've taught myself since taking control of the particular element.

If it's monster hunting and combat you're looking for, you've come to the right place. I'm thinking right now that once we have a few applicants, some extermination needs to be done in the Shinra building.

Mm. Good. I feel that my abilities have been gaining a bit of... rust, so to speak, since my arrival here. It would be nice to put them back to use for a reasonable cause.

Regarding the Shinra building, do we have an idea of what sorts of monsters currently inhabit that structure?

Seems some of the original inhabitants decided to move back in. I've seen quite a few arachnid types about the size of dogs, and there's at least one or two creatures with wings coming and going from some broken windows in the upper level.

The basement we may simply need to seal off.
