For the love of books
So just around 3 months, a bookstore recently opened up near our apartment. Needless to say, I've been visiting the store almost on a daily basis and most of the time, I come out of the store with a book in my hand and less money in my pocket. My sister noticed my growing stack (yes, stack, cause I don't have a bookshelf here in our apartment XD) of book and reprimanded me about spending too much money on books. She said I should limit myself to just one book a month and I said I'll try.
Of course, if you know me, you'll know that I still average 3 books a month. Around 5 when I'm feeling rich or when I discover a nice book. You can say that I'm a bit addicted to buying books. But seriously, who doesn't love books?
So of my purchases, my favorites would be Nabokov's "Lecture on Russian Literature", Hesse's "Narcissus and Goldmund", and Cathcart and Klein's "Plato and Platypus walk into a Bar..". I'll probably write about these books some other time.
