i think i decided yesterday that i've been missing putting some kind of rambling and pointless text to some kind of written form in the last few months, so here's my attempt at rectification.
perth and me have now been together for just under a year. it's been both amazingly great, and well shit in so may ways. taking the first year design class at uwa was by far the best thing i've done here by way of professional and personal growth. (re)connecting with a whole bunch of lovely people has been the other plusplus. i do, however, totally miss melbourne, and will be returning to its grittier and more lively streets in February. hipray to that.
from perth i'll miss my mum, regular frisbee golfing and the beach. there...i said it..."i'll miss the beach" from a self-confessed beach non-admirer.i even have a tan. and a whole heap more freckles. craziness.
