Hello, I've Waited Here For You
So, I have a task called "Write Song". But there is a problem.
There is no task entitled "Finish Song".
I have, literally, at my feet right now, an untitled canon in Cm with lyrics taken directly from a common prayer to St. Jude, the patron saint of lost causes. Another untitled bass riff for a funk in G. Lyrics for a single verse song called "Rush". I wrote a piece last night before bed. "Pronouns" is waiting for lyrics and melody, as is "Sideways". Another written piece is waiting to be revisited now my music theory has caught up a bit. Even Silence, the album concept that started us off, is stagnating in the corner ignored by my thought-piwakawaka1. But none of these will see the light of day until they are completed. So I need to make a task of "Finish [song]" every time I start writing one.
Yesterday I made a drum.
