iTunes
Before I downloaded iTunes last year, I was skeptical. I don't know why, but I was. I am now a huge fan of it. I love almost everything about it. I thoroughly enjoy the fact that you can see your top 25 most played songs, search verrry quickly, and share music and such (just now I typed in "dan" and 74 songs came up... crazy I know.)
Since everybody and their brother has iTunes I was curious as to what everybody elses top 5 most played songs were. Here's mine:
1. Destiny - Zero 7
2. High Speed - Coldplay
3. A Lack of Color - Death Cab for Cutie
4. Are You In - Incubus
5. Nothing Better [Styrofoam Remix] - Postal Service
While these songs are high on my most played list, I don't know if any of them actually classify as "my favorite song". Just because I have listened to these songs the most since I downloaded iTunes doesn't automatically make these my favorite songs right? Some songs don't need to be on heavy rotation to have a lot of meaning or significance. Just a thought.
I don't know what it is about these top 5 things, but I enjoy them. Look for more in the future... like it or not. Some possible lists you may see: Things to order at Taco Bell (or other restaurants), Pet Peeves, Movies, Buildings at MSU, the possiblities are endless.
