I noticed the light next to me in the library was flicking like a strobe light in sync (or almost in sync) with my techno-ish music I was listening to while reading.  I like listening to non-lyrical music when reading or doing homework (helps me ignore surroundings and concentrate on things; it also prevents people from talking to me when I don't
