Yep. They seem to forget that with recent technology most fansubbers know how to get away with it now.
I don't think so? FUNi's schtick only involves the US and Canada and not our side of the world, so we're safe. For now. But this issue definitely would affect future (plans for) simulcasts :/
Which would just delay the march of progress, yet again.
I checked Random Curiosity's screencaps for ep9, and I found out my high-trauma point for the original anime series is already on ep10 (SOB!! So soon! Too little screentime for that guy too!). The new Hagaren is moving through the old material at such a breakneck speed I don't know what to think. Do they plan to do a KHR anime and stall terribly later on after rushing so much?
Alas, such is life :/ I wonder when people would actually think first before doing stupid things-- oh wait, this is humanity we're talking about, oops. >>;
oh god daskljfk;ljg ep25 all over again and THIS soon???? I don't think I'll be able to handle this!!!

I hope the Hagaren pulloff on FUNi doesn't affect the Animax stream for it, because it's the only way I'm getting that show right now. ^^;;
