so, i just read another evidence that supported my earlier analysis. (thank you tohosomnia for the trans)

no good, jaechunsu, no good. avex IS letting you guys go just because of that with-criminal-record company.

can anyone tell me why is it that TVXQ's problem always comes from the korea side while japan had always become their saving grace? coming ( Read more... )

lawsuit, jaechunsu

IDK, and yesterday I just felt hopeful because the announcement was "it will be halted until FURTHER NOTICE"
I mean, until further notice!!! So there'll be furthere notice! Sounds different with "indefinite suspension", right??

and there the announcement said "we will try to restart tohoshinki activity" there it goes my hope!

But seriously after that sucky PR release... I mean, it's not the content that I blame, but the way the PR expressed it! Can't they make it more diplomatic?? Some trivias and words aren't necessary! For non-tvxq fans JYJ would seem like 3 ungrateful, "hey we're victiimmmm" bunch of kids.... T_T I'm afraid for them, their reputation and their future T_T and of course tvxq future

Im afraid if things got worse for them in the end they'd be like 'Im tired of all these shits' and gave up everything...

you're talking about avex's PR or jaechunsu's PR? coz, seriously, they're like pointing fingers at each other now, this is so messed up!

really makes me want to attend their 15th oct fanmeet in bangkok, even if it's just to show them that we're still here for them...

im talking about jcs PR, because actually it's not avex that tarnished their reputation now, it's their own PR.

Avex may have said that they prefer mafia and blablabla, but believe me, what makes JYJ looks bad the most is the PR release and that statement from their lawyer.

pray enlighten me how is this so, coz what is see currently is 2 conflicting press release and i don't know what to think anymore, except that my heart remains with Jaechunsu and thus avex is at disadvantage here in the battle inside my heart.

yeah, that's what I mean, fans will automatically sides with our boys, but public? non-fans? other agencies in Japan?

It's not only fans that affect their future, and even if it's painful to say this, not even the boys themselves with their own power.
Unless they decided to discontinue activity in japan, it's different matter.

having the fans siding with them doesn't mean that non-fans will not side with them, no?

though i agree that at this point of time, with our boys' record with SME in korea and avex's well reputation in japan, this situation is not doing them any good favour at all.

japan is infamous for not wanting to have anything to do with criminals. i actually understand if they're letting jcs go because of cjes and its affiliation to someone with criminal record.
but avex is saying that jcs chose baek over them, which imo, doesn't make sense at all. jcs aren't stupid, they know that avex is worth everything they've got. it's impossible that they're choosing no-name cjes over avex, it doesn't make sense at all.

so now i'm inclined to trust jcs's lawyer? though this will bring me back to my earlier point about jcs's record and avex's reputation.

i never expected the wheels to turn downwards further, really i didn't foresee anything like this at all...

no, I didn't say that PR statement or their lawyer is not trustable, but they cannot pick words.
He brought the income matter again...(see in AKP many people-mostly non fans, called JYJ greedy). and called avex immoral.
And what avex do? Crying over twiter like some dumped girlfriend, of how theyre being dumped no matter how much they love JYJ and blablabla

JYJ is the one that looks like villain here... for public, at least. "isn't this the same artists that mess with their company a year ago, why now they mess with company that saved them??" again, it's not from a fan POV

agree. that was my point just now. jyj just doesn't have good record. i can bet when this news reach the media, it's gonna be so distorted beyond belief, i don't know how they can be saved anymore.

i just hope that bigeast will be strong enough to withstand this tidal wave...

Bigeast might be strong, I believe they will. The members, I mean.
But bigeast is owned by avex, right? What if they decide to drop their will to reunite Tohoshinki? (ignore the purpose, money or whatever)
There will be no more fanclubs, no place for jap thsk fans to gather and get monthly mags of our boys and news and so on, just like no more bigeastation.... that's what Im afraid of, poor bigeasts.... >_<

I really hope avex can come up with a solution with JYJ, because career in Japan don't look good if they can't be in good terms. Avex has clean records with their artists, while JYJ didn't have clean records with their agency.... T_T

there's a reason, very very very obvious reason, that this statement comes AFTER the minialbum and DVD were released and created a history, and also after the last bigeast goods were shipped out, don't you think?

but as much as i distrust them, avex SHOULD still be very interested in tohoshinki as a whole. they are, after all, number 3 top earner in japan last year. so, as long as avex is still in "tohoshinki=yes" mode, they will protect bigeast, even if they're currently in "jyj=no" mode. even tohomobile is still active now, isn't it?

minialbum and the DVD didn't create history... for jpop it's not really a big achievement, but if tohoshinki reunite, it will became a history in all of asia.... and I hope avex will have interest in this. (come on we should accept that business is business)

well yeah, I can only hope this is a misunderstanding somehow, I have no heart to ask the boys to work with people that had betrayed them, but then seriously.... I hope avex didn't betray them and this is just a misunderstanding!
Avex is a big, big influential company, I can't think of any other company better than them, at least to protect the boys not to be crushed by Johnys

even for the japs itself, its really really hard to get a place in japs music industry. Most of the musicians that struggle without good agency spend incredibly long years to get a spotlight, and only few survive and got a spotlight in the end... definitely more than 6-7 years, and they're the ones who make their own music and they're not foreigners!... *sigh*

it is historical because they're korean, thus counted as foreigner. as you said, even japanese themselves find it hard to make it big in the industry. JYJ's achievement was not a small feat. but i agree that when tohoshinki comes back, they'll be breaking records after records after records. they were already on track to do that, actually, before all these happened last year...

yes. that's the most depressing and pressing issue with this: avex. avex being one of japan's biggest recording label. THE avex. *sighs* i know what you mean. they refused to work with SME anymore because they couldn't trust them anymore. but then, this thing happens.

what worries me the most is actually jaechunsu themselves at this point. how are they dealing with these double backstabbing from their management companies??? i'm really worried. i'll keep on praying for them to be able to make a sound and wise decision, whatever it is.
