my RDO (Regular Day Off) & Visit To The Chiropractor-
While waiting on Dr. C came across this-

Not only do i get great adjustments but i come across these little gems-
i've come to realize that Dr. C is usually very busy...so i now take the time to pick up a magazine or book that they have laying about-
Makes for the wait to go by a little faster & i learn something...or more often or not i come across something that reminds me of what i already know... the nudge to being mindful of things we already know is very important.
