Dear Sir,
I am sure you are an intelligent human and that in your native language you are imminently functional. However, if you have difficulty with the vocabulary required to discuss "trucks", "vehicles", "tickets", "points" and "police",... maybe running a transportation company in BC isn't your best choice of career.

I so VERY MUCH want a chip in my head to learn new languages.
