Agree about Souma/Tomoyo.. I really hate when people pair off characters with the character that's closest to them just they won't interfer with their couple. Please! Besides, Tomoyo would be the biggest Kurogane/Fai shipper! She would totally make them dates and volunteer to decorate their wedding and everything. She totally wouldn't be angsting and smexing the first person she encounters (re: Souma) to forget her "sorrows".
I would like to point out that I do not ship Souma/Tomoyo just to get her out of the way of Kurogane/Fai. I think Souma/Tomoyo is absolutley adorable and have since Volume 1.
On that note... I am obviously not giving her her sister's lover. For one thing, Kendeppa was not even brought into the Tsubasa storyline until Volume 13. How could I have possibly known that I was giving her her sister's lover?
On another note, just because they were together in RG Veda, does not mean they are together in Tsubasa. Emeraude had no Zagato. Yuzuriha and Kusanagi (except for the one splash page) don't seem to have anything going on besides friendship. There is no Hokuto. As far as we know there is no Tai-kun (which is my new nickname for him because I'm too lazy to look up the name)...
Anyway... why is Souma serving Tomoyo and not off somewhere with Kendeppa if Kendeppa is her lover? (No offense to von_questenberg's fic. It was beautiful.) It seems to me like Kendeppa was an afterthought on CLAMP's part. Let's not forget that in Tsubasa she is in crazy psycho-bitch persona again. Run away, Souma! Run away!
Besides, we all know Tomoyo sent Kurogane away because he was interfering on her playtime with Souma.
And if you don't like that theory I have a theory you'll like even less.

Edit: On another note, since when are the Kurogane-shippers divided solely between Kurogane/Fai and Kurogane/Tomoyo? What if I don't like either of those? What if I like Kurogane/Souma? (Which is counterproductive to the Souma/Tomoyo, but just go with me on this). What about Kurogane/Syaoran? Kurogane/Sakura? (I know it's been pondered before). Yuuko/Kurogane? Yuzuriha/Kurogane? What if I just want to whore him out to the whole Tsubasa cast? Kendeppa/Kurogane? He would definitely be on the bottom there.
I feel I should start a community called Kuro_bitch... Dedicated to whoring Kurogane out to every character in Tsubasa. Because really, when you love a character you whore them out to everybody. Seriously.
