Summary: Crowley and Castiel do naughty things in the backseat of the Impala while Dean is sleeping, and Sam is not.
Author's Notes: This is pure crack; don't expect anything too serious from this.

At first, Sam wanted to believe it was a regular sleeping noise Dean had made in the driver’s seat next to him that woke him up. Unfortunately, John Winchester and a lifetime of experience taught him that when sleeping in a car in the middle of the woods, any small noise should be safely identified before going back to sleep. So he was thoroughly alert even though his eyes were still closed when he heard the noise again. It was a soft moaning noise, and he would have passed it off as Dean having a sex dream if it hadn’t come from the backseat. And yes, there were other sounds going on as well, a little bit of rustling clothing and what sounded like it might have been quiet panting.

Really, had he been more awake, he likely would have grabbed the gun from the glove compartment and blast the hell out of whatever it was in the backseat. In retrospect, he probably should have done it anyway, but he only hesitated because whatever it was was leaving them alone as long as they were asleep and because it really did not make a lot of sense. What type of spirit or demon would break into the backseat of the Impala just to make strange noises at them? If it had intended to kill them, it easily could have done so by then. Besides, there was the added issue that something about the moaning individual was nagging familiar. So he played possum a while longer, and after another low groan, he managed to place the creator and instantly regretted it.

He was certain the owner was Castiel, at least as certain as he could be without looking and Cas definitely was making very unangelic sounds. There was a little more rustling and another low moan from Castiel, which was answered by a soft groan from someone Sam could not immediately identify. So not only was Castiel doing unholy things in the backseat of the Impala, he had invited someone else along as well. At that point, Sam decided Dean was very deeply asleep, as there was no way he would contently allow these proceedings to carry on inside his baby. At least, not if he wasn’t the ones doing them. He tried to force himself to go back to sleep, but all he could hear was harsh panting and rough whispers. Besides, he was curious as to who had actually tempted Castiel into doing something that involved panting and moaning in the backseat of the Impala, of all places.

He pretended his head drifted to the side in his sleep and opened one eye to glance into the backseat. ‘Oh, god…’ He lurched his head back forward and squeezed his eyes as tightly shut as he could. He would have traded anything at the moment to have the ability to purge that image from his mind. He was sure it was going to be burned forever, and he knew he would never be able to look at either of them the same way again. He had to retain his composure, to keep up his charade of sleeping. If either of them knew what he had just witnessed… Well, Castiel would probably use whatever angel was left in him to smite him and as for Crowley…

Why did it have to be Crowley? Of all the… partners… Cas could have chosen, why did it have to be Crowley? And it couldn’t have been Crowley and Castiel, sitting in the backseat, drinking tea and discussing the end of the world. Oh, no, he had to wake up to Crowley bare-assed and doing highly unspeakable things to Castiel while he and Dean were trying to sleep up front.

Beside him, Dean snored lightly, a not-so-subtle reminder that he was still asleep, the lucky bastard. The angel and the demon in the backseat seemed not to notice, as the moaning and groaning continued unabated. And just when Sam had started to believe the Apocalypse couldn’t get any worse.
